We pick the book together, meet weekly to discuss what we learned and how to implement it. I work with you, for you, to help you understand the material and use it in your daily life. We all benefit from the comradery of working on hard things together.

TERMS OF SERVICES
Code of Conduct
My services are designed to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for growth, fitness building, and wellness.
By participating in any offering, you agree to the following Code of Conduct:
- Respect for All Participants
Treat all participants with kindness, dignity, and respect.
No harassment, discrimination, or hateful language of any kind.
Respect differences in opinions, backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
Allow others to speak and share without interruption or judgment.
We can have disagreements and discussion about our disagreements, without hate, or judgement. - Confidentiality & Privacy
Personal stories shared in sessions, book clubs, or seminars stay confidential.
Do not share another participant’s experiences without explicit permission.
Respect boundaries around personal information and emotional sharing.
Photos, recordings, or screenshots are not permitted without consent. - Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Participate at your own pace and honor your limits.
Modify exercises and activities as needed for your body and mental wellness.
Seek medical clearance when appropriate before participating in services provided. - Personal Sharing
Sharing personal experiences is welcome, but please be mindful not to engage in trauma dumping or sharing in ways that may overwhelm others.
Keep contributions relevant, concise, and appropriate for a group wellness setting.
Participants are responsible for managing their own emotional responses, including moments when content may feel triggering.
You are encouraged to take breaks, step away, or use personal coping strategies as needed, as long as they don't disrupt others.
The facilitator will help maintain a balanced, supportive environment but cannot control participants' emotional responses.
By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own experience and agree to engage in ways that support both your wellbeing and the wellbeing of the group (as applicable). - Physical Safety
Follow all coaching and safety instructions during physical or other activities.
Immediately communicate pain, discomfort, or concerns.
Use appropriate equipment and environment for workouts.
Stop any activity that feels unsafe. - Supportive Environment
Encourage others without pressure or comparison.
No body shaming, diet shaming, or unsolicited advice.
Celebrate progress of all kinds: physical, emotional, and personal.
Maintain a judgment free space for learning and growth. - Professional Boundaries
Sessions and interactions are wellness focused, not therapy or medical treatment.
Advice provided is educational and not a substitute for licensed professionals.
Respect time boundaries for sessions and group events.
Communication should remain respectful and appropriate. - Participation Expectations
Arrive on time when possible.
Silence distractions during sessions or discussions.
Engage respectfully, whether actively participating or quietly observing.
Notify in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule (when applicable). - Zero Tolerance Behavior
The following may result in immediate removal from services, without a refund:
Harassment or bullying
Disruptive or aggressive behavior
Violation of confidentiality
Unsafe participation in physical activity
Disrespect toward facilitator or participants - Inclusive & Trauma-Informed Space
This is a trauma-aware environment.
Participants are encouraged and safe to:
Share only what feels safe.
Opt out of any activity without explanation.
Take breaks when needed.
Honor emotional and physical boundaries. - Agreement
By participating in any services offered by Strong Enough and/or Ashliegh O'Brien, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow this Code of Conduct. These guidelines exist to protect the safety, comfort, and growth of everyone involved.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in removal from services at the facilitator’s discretion and without a refund.

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. - Voluntary Participation
Participation in wellness discussions, exercise, and related activities is voluntary. You agree to participate at your own pace and assume responsibility for your physical and emotional wellbeing. - Assumption of Risk
You understand that fitness and wellness activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to stop any activity that feels unsafe. - Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own experience, including managing emotional responses and physical limitations. You agree to seek appropriate professional care when needed. - No Guarantees
Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, participation, and personal effort. - Conduct & Participation
Participants agree to behave respectfully and follow the Code of Conduct. Services may be refused or discontinued if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. - Scheduling & Changes
Sessions, events, and services may be rescheduled, modified, or canceled when necessary. Participants will be notified as early as possible. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business and facilitator are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or outcomes related to participation in services.
Privacy Policy

Basic information may be collected such as name, email, phone number, health considerations voluntarily shared, and service participation details. - Use of Information
Information is used to:
Provide services
Communicate about sessions and events
Improve offerings
Maintain safety and appropriate programming - Confidentiality
Personal information is kept private and will not be sold or shared with third parties except:
When required by law
When necessary to provide requested services
With your explicit consent - Group Settings
While confidentiality is encouraged, privacy cannot be guaranteed in group environments such as book clubs or seminars. Participants are asked to respect one another's privacy. - Data Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. - Media & Testimonials
Photos, testimonials, or shared experiences will only be used with permission. Participants may opt out at any time. - Your Consent
By participating in services, you consent to this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy
Subscription Services:
Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded. You can stop monthly subscriptions at any time but if you've made a payment before you cancel, it will not be refunded.
Seminars/Seminar Series:
A full refund will be issued if canceled before 72 hours before the event.
A 50% refund will be issued if canceled 24-72 hours before the event.
No refund will be issued if canceled within 24 hours of the event or in the event that you cannot attend.
Other Services:
Refunds for other services will be issued on a case by case basis.
